In 1996 Allen L. Margulefsky founded Concord Consultants, Inc., a New York State corporation, assuming the position of its president. It is licensed by the State Of Florida as a mortgage brokerage business and registered by the New York State Banking Department as a mortgage broker. Moreover, in addition to the corporation Allen L. Margulefsky is licensed as an individual mortgage broker in the State Of Florida. The primary purpose of Concord Consultants, Inc. is to provide loans secured by real estate for qualified borrowers with less than perfect credit. In general these loans are obtained for homeowners looking to refinance or for those borrowers looking to purchase a new home.

Mr. Margulefsky attended Brooklyn College and then The City College Of New York from where he graduated in 1961 with a B.A. Degree in Economics also having minored in Civil Engineering. Shortly afterwards he served on active duty in the U.S. Army Reserves. In the mid sixties, after being honorably discharged from military service he took a Masters Program in Business Administration from Pace College Of New York.
In 1969 Mr. Margulefsky established an innovative chemical and equipment manufacturing company selling its products worldwide to the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry up until the mid nineties. Among his many inventions he is the holder of two U.S. Patents relating to refrigerant reclamation technology that helps to preserve the earth’s protective ozone layer.
